How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website by browsing our products, adding items to your cart, and checking out. You can also order via WhatsApp by sending us a message at +94 76 817 8995 with the product details and your delivery information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Sri Lanka. Simply pay when your order arrives. Orders placed via WhatsApp also use pay-on-delivery.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over Rs. 499.00. For orders below Rs. 499.00, a standard shipping charge of Rs. 49.00 applies. We deliver across Sri Lanka.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. We'll send you updates on WhatsApp so you know exactly when to expect your order.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We offer a 7-day easy return and exchange policy. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll help you with a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page has a Size Guide with detailed measurements (chest, waist, hip, length) for every size. For the best fit, measure a similar garment you already own and compare with our size chart. If you're still unsure, send us a WhatsApp message and we'll help you choose!
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Contact us via WhatsApp at +94 76 817 8995 with your order number and we'll help you right away.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes! Visit us at 382 Pannipitiya Old Rd, Pannipitiya 10230. We're open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. You can try items in person and shop directly from our store.
